There are millions of people suffering from sleeplessness, all over the world. They love to retire to bed, but cannot sleep. it causes restlessness and is frustrating at times. We toss and turn all through the night, but nothing seems to work. This is caused by many factors, such as anxiety, stress, illness or improper diets like alcohol or caffeine. The cause of sleeplessness and effects coincide.

Let anything be the reason, but the only truth is that you hate this state of life, not being able to sleep. Lack of a quality sleep has disastrous effects on our health, work life and social life as well. Lack of focus and concentration, absentmindedness, lethargy and fatigue are common outcomes of sleeplessness. We simply hate this situation and would do anything and everything to come out of it.

Hi, I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in November and have had 8 chemotherapy cycles so far. I am getting ready for a stem cell transplant and though physically I am doing much better, my level of anxiety and depression has gotten pretty bad. I am worried about the stem cell procedure and the steroids are affecting my mood. A friend of mine recommended I take GABA but I don’t know which one to get. Can you give me any recommendations as to what and how much I should take. I am currently taking lorazepam 1mg during the day and at night and have done so since November, though I do see some improvements temporarily I rather take something natural that is easier on the body with all the other medicine I am currently taking. Your input is greatly appreciated

hi, my son started off taking gaba 500mg X 2 before sleep. and it really helped him, but I got the 750mg dosage this time and gave him one tablet 750mg last nite, but it didn;t work this time, he couldn;t sleep till 4am as usual.

I wish to ask if I were to give him 750mg in the day and another 750mg before he sleeps, will it be overdosed. and does the day intake cause him to be sleepy?

he is taking a major exam now and sleep quality is most important
